Multinational professionals learning applied AI

Research signal

Event Systematic perspective

Individual enthusiasm can run ahead of an organisation’s operating arrangements. One employee may use AI for meeting notes while another uses it to interpret a customer request. Without a shared method, the team cannot easily compare quality or learn from mistakes. The management task is to make successful practice visible and repeatable.

For an HR operations team, start with a non-sensitive example such as rewriting an internal event announcement. Agree the intended audience and a checking rubric: accuracy, clarity, tone and accessibility. Compare the initial draft with the reviewed version. The learning comes from explaining the edits, not simply producing more text.

Put it into practice

  • Create a small set of approved example tasks with clear data boundaries and named reviewers.
  • Hold a short demonstration session where employees show an error they caught as well as a useful result.
  • Measure whether the final work is better and whether colleagues can repeat the method.
