UNESCO’s September 2024 frameworks addressed teachers as well as students. They provide a useful educational reference, rather than an accreditation for a corporate course.

Event Systematic perspective

An effective workplace trainer needs to diagnose why someone is struggling. The issue may be unfamiliar terminology, unclear instructions, a weak foundational skill or fear of making a mistake. Generating more learning material will not necessarily solve the problem. A trainer must observe performance and adapt the support.

Our approach for corporate learning is to pair AI-assisted preparation with human-led feedback. A facilitator can use a tool to draft different practice cases, then verify their accuracy and suitability. During the session, learners should explain their reasoning and compare alternatives with a colleague. That discussion reveals understanding that a completed worksheet may hide.

Put it into practice

  • Train facilitators to review examples for factual accuracy, relevance and cultural assumptions.
  • Offer supported practice before assessment, especially for learners returning to formal education.
  • Evaluate trainers through learner work and feedback, rather than the volume of generated slides.
