Event Systematic perspective

Within a company, adoption may also vary for practical reasons: access, language, task suitability, manager support or confidence. A single training session can miss these differences. Begin by asking employees what work they need help with and what prevents them from trying an approved approach.

A useful design separates foundations from role practice. Everyone can learn how to question an output and handle uncertainty, while functions work on different examples. A customer-service team and an engineering team should not be assessed on the same generic prompt exercise if their responsibilities are different.

Put it into practice

  • Segment learning needs by task and starting capability rather than age or job title alone.
  • Provide supported practice with approved information and a clear route for questions.
  • Check adoption together with quality and access; low usage may reveal a design problem rather than resistance.
