Event Systematic perspective

A platform can reveal how users interact with a tool, but that does not directly establish how many employees a sector needs. Recruitment planning should combine several kinds of evidence: business demand, vacancies, completed work, employee capability and the results of local trials.

For a talent consultancy, the useful discipline is to label each signal. A usage trend suggests a behaviour worth investigating. A job advertisement suggests an employer requirement. A successful work sample demonstrates an individual capability. Keeping those distinctions visible produces better conversations with clients and candidates.

Put it into practice

  • State the population and period behind each statistic used in a client briefing.
  • Triangulate platform findings with role-specific evidence from the relevant hiring market.
  • Avoid converting a vendor’s adoption pattern into a precise local job-loss or salary forecast.
