Event Systematic perspective
A project should leave the organisation better able to judge the next project. That requires more than a launch announcement. Capture the original problem, the approach tested, the errors found and the changes made. Teams can then reuse the method without pretending that every result transfers unchanged.
A monthly review can be short and practical. Ask one team to show an accepted output, one failure and one revised instruction. Invite colleagues from another function to identify what is relevant to their work. This creates shared learning grounded in evidence rather than a catalogue of tools.
Put it into practice
- Assign an owner to maintain examples and lessons from the pilot.
- Turn recurring errors into practice exercises for future learners.
- Review whether the organisation changed its process after learning something, not only whether it collected feedback.
